The AI Health Assistant is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decision.

4. Emergency Disclaimer

MyHealthAssist is not intended for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, immediately contact local emergency services, visit the nearest hospital, or call an ambulance.

5. Doctor and Clinic Responsibility

Doctors, clinics, and hospitals listed on MyHealthAssist are independent service providers. MyHealthAssist does not guarantee medical outcomes, provider availability, treatment quality, or professional conduct.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Not misuse, copy, damage, or interfere with the platform.
• Not submit false, harmful, or misleading information.

7. Appointments

Appointment availability, confirmation, cancellation, delay, or rescheduling is managed by the respective doctor, clinic, or hospital. MyHealthAssist is not responsible for provider delays, cancellations, or unavailability.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services for doctors, clinics, or healthcare providers may be offered under paid subscription plans. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewals, and plan benefits will be shown before purchase.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. MyHealthAssist does not store complete payment card or banking details.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the refund policy displayed on the platform. Subscription cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for users, providers, or the platform.
